WINECRUZER is so proud of our construction and design that regardless of the reason, we will gladly refund your money or replace the product within 30 days of purchase through the dealer or retailer.
But even more importantly, WINECRUZER guarantees their products for a LIFETIME, in the event of breakage or defective construction. Unless you have badgered, and abused your WINECRUZER WINE CARRIER CASE-- which as wine lovers, we doubt you will -- if your WINECRUZER case can’t be repaired, we will replace it.
